What We Collect

We collect only the information you provide through our divorce settlement simulation form, including financial details, state of residence, and email address. We also collect payment information through Stripe (we never see or store your full card number).

How We Use Your Data

• To generate your personalized divorce settlement simulation report
• To deliver the PDF report to your email address
• To process your $19 payment through Stripe
• To allow you to re-send your report within the 30-day window

Data Retention

Unpaid session data is automatically deleted after 24 hours. Completed report metadata (including your email and report token) is retained for 30 days to support the re-send feature, then permanently deleted. We do not store the generated PDF on our servers.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe processes payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend delivers emails. See Resend's privacy policy.
• Supabase stores session data temporarily. See Supabase's privacy policy.
• Plausible Analytics provides cookie-free, privacy-respecting analytics. No personal data is collected.

No Marketing Emails

We will never send you marketing emails. The only email you receive from us is your purchased report (and any re-sends you explicitly request).
